Had to use up some ingredients so it became casserole time.
Sauté ham, onions and garlic scapes. Add mostly mashed potatoes with chopped turnips and radishes, cream of mushroom soup, can of sweet pees. Spice with basil, paprika and garlic powder. Take picture and post on blog. Enjoy variety of tastes in colorless glop.
